This exceptional water, unlike its industrial big sisters, does not suffer from any pumping or brutal extraction. Observed 55.5 meters below the surface of the ground, followed on its natural path, it is collected at the pace that is its own. To the west of the village of Sembrancher rises the majestic Mont Catogne, famous for its shape resembling a volcano. This summit of the Valais Alps which culminates at 2598 meters above sea level, is indeed renowned for its splendid singular beauty.
